After denying the physical abuse claims made against him by his daughter, “Black Ink” honcho Ceaser Emanuel is taking things to the next level. After the episode about his daughter and girlfriend Suzette’s social media drama, he pulled the trigger on a lawsuit against his daughter’s mom, Crystal. Deets inside…
“Black Ink” honcho Ceaser Emanuel has lawyered up against his daughter’s mother, Crystal Torres.
Earlier this year, Ceaser’s teenage daughter, Cheyenne, got involved in a nasty social media spat with her father’s current girlfriend, Suzette. That ish BLEW UP and things were said that are hard to take back. As the drama was unfolding, Cheyenne’s mother, Crystal, chimed in, backing her daughter’s claims that Cesaer allegedly dragged her out of the shower while she was naked and assaulted her.
On the last episode of “Black Ink,” Ceaser sat down with his cousin/co-star Teddy where they addressed the social media drama between Cheyenne and Suzette. Teddy said he decided to speak up because he would feel “wack” if he didn’t speak up. Ceaser opened up to Teddy and told him watching Cheyenne’s IG Live where she blasted him “broke his heart.”
”I felt like I was betrayed by the person I love the most in the world,” he said.
As far as Teddy is concerned (or at least at that time), he said Suzette is a “dub” because she should have never gone back and forth with his 17-year-old child on social media. However, Cease didn’t seem like he was ready to end it with Suzette.

Cease denied the claims then and he’s denying them now. To prove his point, he’s now SUING Crystal.
The “Black Ink” boss claims her accusations caused him to lose tons of endorsement deals. He also said the accusations caused the reality show to be put on pause so VH1 could investigate, which cost him money.
TMZ has the deets:
Ceasar denied that characterization -- he insists he only "disciplined" Cheyenne -- but now, he's taking legal action over it too ... filing a lawsuit for defamation against Crystal for publicly claiming Ceasar was a child abuser. The suit even points to remarks Crystal made this week on social media, which he says ruined his rep and cost him A LOT of money.
Crystal went on a rant Monday addressing the "lies" she insists Ceasar is spreading about the situation. According to his lawsuit, Ceasar says that's just the latest example of her defaming him.
In the docs, obtained by TMZ, Ceasar says Crystal's IG post(s) and subsequent interviews around that time are inflammatory and flat-out wrong. Caesar says he even offered Crystal a letter from the GA Fulton County Dept. of Family & Children Service clearing his name ... so she would quit publicly blasting him.
He says, despite that evidence, she continued to smear him -- hence the lawsuit.
Ceasar says he lost out on lots of endorsement deals, not to mention having to put his massive VH1 reality show on pause due to an internal investigation -- which he says also cost him.
Adding insult to injury, he says his real-life work with the community and underserved kids came to a halt -- 'cause folks falsely assumed he was actually guilty.
The tattoo king said his hands are tied because she costing him money. He's supposedly set to hold a press conference in New York tomorrow (May 20th), alongside his attorney Walter Mosley.
Before news about the lawsuit hit the Internet, Ceaser posted a cryptic IG caption:
He said, "One of the SADDEST things in this WORLD, is to see a child GROW UP hating one of their parents because they got one side of the STORY."
No word from Crystal or Cheyenne. Both of their IG handles have been deactivated…for now.
New episodes of "Black Ink" air Mondays at 8/7c on VH1.
