Tristan Thompson is fed up with a chick he cheated with. The woman - Kimberly Alexander - claims he’s the father of her child even though a paternity test found he wasn’t. Now, he’s suing. More inside…

Tristan Thompsonisn’t feeling one of his alleged side chicks exposing him for who he truly is, so he has lawyered up to keep her quiet.

There were allegations that he fathered a third child and that he’s being a “deadbeat” dad to the child. The woman – Kimberly Alexander – claims he is he father of her son, even though he took a DNA test that proved he’s NOT the biological father. Mind you, this is a DIFFERENT woman.

You'll recall a woman named Sydney Chase made claims she slept with Tristan as recent as January 2021. And she also revealed Khloe coming to her "as a woman" receipts. Try not to get confused.  Kimberly is the woman who claims Tristan is the father of her 5-year-old son.

In the filing, the Boston Celtics baller said if the child were his he would have NO problem taking on his fatherly responsibilities. However, since the DNA test proved he was NOT the father, he said Kimberly is ruining his reputation. So the multiple times he was caught cheating on Khloe Kardashian didn’t ruin…nevermind.

TMZ reports:

In the docs, Tristan says he's a proud, loving and providing father to 2 children, and he claims Alexander's false accusations potentially cost him endorsement deals because companies and brands viewed him as a troubled athlete.

Again, he admitted to having sex with this woman, but he’s adamant that he’s NOT the father of her child, per the paternity test Ms. Alexander thinks was manipulated.

"I am the father of two young children. I love my children and take my responsibilities as a father extremely seriously. I am involved in my children's lives and proud to have close relationships with my children and to provide for their needs financially and otherwise," Tristan said in the paperwork.

He continued, "Had the DNA test results shown that Ms. Alexander's child was my son, I would have done the same for Ms. Alexander's child without hesitation. For Ms. Alexander to falsely state that I am the type of man who would neglect his parental duties hurts me emotionally and is incredibly damaging to my reputation."

The NBA player said the accusations of being a “deadbeat dad” is hurting his potential to ink contracts with big brands.

"Most of my professional contracts, including my contracts to play with the NBA, gives them the right to terminate my contract in the event I engage in certain behavior or conduct that may cast the team or the brand in a negative light publicly," he said in the filing.

"I have potentially lost out on endorsement deals or other brand contracts, as I have been publicly portrayed as a troubled athlete with whom companies do not want to associate or have represent their brand."

The case is ongoing, so time will tell how this all plays out.

In other news, Khloe and Tristan are looking to get a surrogate to carry their second child. We can’t even make this stuff up. Good luck Khloe!
